Recurring Service:
Your selected EARPware service is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period until canceled in accordance with EARPware's cancellation policy.
Setup Fee:
If applicable, the one-time setup fee displayed at checkout is charged at the time of your initial purchase and is separate from your recurring monthly subscription.
Payments & Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable once processed, including setup fees and monthly subscription payments. Because EARPware services involve dedicated team resources, strategy, content development, technology, and ongoing service capacity, we are unable to provide refunds for partially used billing periods or services already initiated.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined in EARPware's Terms & Conditions. Cancellation requires a 30 day notice, and prevents future recurring charges but does not refund payments that have already been processed.
Client Responsibilities:
To provide your services effectively, EARPware may require information, brand assets, account access, approvals, and other materials from you. Delays in providing necessary information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
Results:
EARPware provides strategic marketing, technology, creative, and business-growth services; however, results vary based on numerous factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific followers, engagement, leads, sales, revenue, rankings, or other business outcomes.
Third-Party Platforms:
Some EARPware services may rely on third-party platforms, software, social networks, advertising platforms, AI technologies, or other services. EARPware is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, algorithm updates, account limitations, or other circumstances caused by third-party platforms.
Service Scope:
Your service includes the specific deliverables and services associated with the package selected at checkout. Additional services or requests outside the scope of your selected package may require an additional fee or separate agreement.
